My journey has shaped the way I hold space for yours.

I’m Kyla—a wife, mother, stepmother, nonprofit leader, and the heart behind Concrete Rose Counseling. My practice is built on the belief that growth is possible even in the hardest places.

Just like a rose can break through concrete, I believe that with the right support, healing and breakthrough are possible, even after life’s most difficult seasons.

My work is rooted in both professional experience and personal understanding. I know what it means to walk through challenging moments, to carry more than you expected, and to show up each day still doing the best you can.

I am especially passionate about supporting women and mothers, because I understand the unique weight they often carry. 

Whether you are navigating stress, trauma, life transitions, or simply feeling overwhelmed, you do not have to do it alone. This is a space where you can show up as you are, feel supported in the process, and begin moving forward—creating the space to bloom.
