I'm Kyla Harvey, MSW, LCSWA, and owner of Concrete Rose, which was born from both my professional training and my own journey of healing. I know what it means to face unexpected challenges, carry burdens that feel overwhelming, and discover that growth is still possible. Those experiences shaped not only who I am, but why I chose to become a therapist. Today, I have the privilege of helping individuals navigate anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the weight of everyday life through compassionate, trauma-informed care. My hope is that every person who chooses Concrete Rose feels seen, supported, and empowered to believe that their past does not define their future. Healing is possible, and you don't have to walk that journey alone.
